E-scoot Safely

Do you know the rules of the road when it comes to usnign E-Scooters? I was asked to come up with an animation that explained the differences for privatately owned users and those that use the scooter hire schemes.

I decided to hand draw all the elements. I came up with a shiort storyboard then commenced drawing all the elements, cleaned them up in Illustrator and split them into seperate layers to them be animated in After Effects to make it seamless.
